1. Service Package Information

Implementation site: Van Chan Commune, Lao Cai Province
Expected implementation period: From November to December 2025
Scope of work (tentative): Construction and/or renovation of public welfare facilities (library, fences, sanitation area, etc.) ensuring safety, technical quality, and compliance with the project timeline.

Notes:
- CRC bears no obligation to reimburse any expenses related to the preparation, submission, or presentation of Proposals (including site surveys, preliminary designs, or illustrative drawings) from participating contractors.
- Contractors shall be fully responsible for all costs incurred during preparation, site surveys, preliminary designs, or preparation of technical and financial proposals.
- Participation in this bidding process is voluntary and does not constitute any payment obligation or financial commitment from CRC or the project owner.
